After payment of orders, under normal circumstances, we will ship your order by expedited shipping within 48 hours. If there are irresistible factors, or we have holidays, we will inform customers of the shipment in advance.

And we will check the warehouse stock status before shipping, once there’s sufficient stock for the items you order, we will arrange the shipping from there, normally you could receive it in 3 to 4 days.

We will arrange the shipment once there’s no enough stock in the US and EU warehouse, we will arrange it from China.

Based on our experience:

• DHL for South America takes about 10 days.
• DHL for Asia takes 3-5 days.
• DHL for the USA takes 3-5 days.
• DHL for Europe takes 5-10 days.

Once the order is shipped we will update the order status, which you can see that in your account page.

Since some shipments have some restrictive policies on some special products(like liquid, electrical), this part of the order cannot be matched to mainstream couriers. We will inform you by email. Please watch out for email send by SolongTattoo.com.

The “Out Of Stock” items may have various of reasons. This maybe temporary or permanent.

Please contact us if the products you want is out of stock. 

Normally, it takes us 24 to 48 hours to process your order. Please be patient for 1 or 2 days and allow us to handle it properly.
