1. Regarding warranty information
Thanks very much for purchasing and supporting Solongtattoo products. Please contact our customer service [email protected] directly when there is a problem with the product you received. We provide one-year warranty service for machines and power supplies. The customer team will verify your situation by email. Please provide the order number, product pictures, video when submitting the warranty verification email. These Info can speed up the verification. The audit result will be sent to you by email.

2. Regarding the warranty requirements

For products that are non-artificial damaged, Solongtattoo will provide effective warranty services. We do not provide warranty service in the following situations:
1. The product was seriously damaged due to falling to the ground.
2. The product was soaked in liquid.
3. The product was disassembled and modified privately

3. Regarding exceeding service time situation

Please don’t worry, if the Solongtattoo product you purchased is damaged after one-year. The Solongtattoo service team will provide paid maintenance product services. Please contact the service team via email [email protected]. And please provide the order number and product pictures in the meantime. The service team will notify you of the maintenance cost and logistics cost by email.

Hope to be noticed: Within one year, if something wrong (like quality problems) happens to your tattoo machine, which can’t be solved through the remote support, you can ship the machine to our maintenance address for free maintenance. Meanwhile, the shipping fee for sending back shall be paid by the buyer.

So fun!

I am a complete amateur when it comes to tattooing. I have never tattooed anything in my life before buying this kit. I also bought the fake skin to practice on, different needles/tubes for practicing lines, and green soap. I haven’t practiced on human skin yet, but the fake skin is giving me the confidence to do so! If you are completely new to tattooing, I highly recommend the fake skin. My only complaint is the DHL shipping tracking system. It said half of my package was delivered 3 days before it arrived and their customer service was a dead end. I live in Ohio, USA and the product came from China. Overall, the product is exactly what I expected and it is so much fun!

I have received it a couple days and used it several times.Easy to use and adjust.Also I like the wireless battery best and it is convenient for me. I would highly recommend this product to tattoo beginner.

This is a quality machine, well worth it's cost. I use it regularly, it's good for shading, as well as lining and color packing, although it could hit a lil harder. No complaints though, not too much vibration, pretty quiet.
